Terms of Use

1. Purpose

Formali is an online service that lets you create form endpoints and view submissions in a dashboard.

2. Publisher and contact

3. Account

• You must create an account to access the dashboard.
• You agree to provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal use, spam, phishing, malware, or abusive data collection.
• No attempts to bypass limits or security, or to disrupt the service (unauthorized pentests, DDoS, etc.).
• No hosting or transmission of clearly unlawful content through the service.

5. Your forms and your data

• You are responsible for the content you collect through your forms (fields, messages, destinations, redirects, etc.).
• You are responsible for your legal compliance (e.g., GDPR notices, legal basis, retention, data subject rights).
• You confirm you have the necessary rights to process and host this data using Formali.

Formali processes your submissions only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is” with a best-effort obligation. Interruptions may occur (maintenance, incidents, technical constraints).

7. Paid plans

Formali offers a free plan (with limits) and paid subscription plans. Billing terms are described in the Sales Terms.

If there is a conflict regarding billing, the Sales Terms prevail.

8. Intellectual property

The Formali brand, website, and service (design, content, code) are protected. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of revenue, etc.). You remain responsible for your settings, redirects, content, and legal obligations.

This does not exclude mandatory legal warranties that apply to consumers.

10. Suspension / account deletion

You can delete your account at any time using available features. In case of a serious breach of these Terms, Formali may suspend access to the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
